The Boston Bakers Irish Whiskey is a non-chill-filtered bespoke blend of three single malted whiskies from three cask finishes, with triple distilled malted peat added for seasoning and to bind the blend. We only use the finest virgin grain in our blend. This brings the smoothness and softness of the Irish whiskey. Our award-winning triple barrel oaked whiskey utilises three unique barrel finishes. We use Stout, Sherry, and Bourbon barrels to create the unique flavour profile. A smooth, complex Irish whiskey with a hint of vanilla and chocolate with a long-lasting finish. The vanilla flavour derives from the purest virgin grain and the chocolate notes are easily identifiable, extracted from the stout barrels. This bespoke whisky blend is distilled at the Great Northern Distillery, Dundalk, County Louth in Ireland.
