A delicious, natural spiced rum from Foursquare distileery in Barbados, bottled without any sweetener for a dry, spicy flavour There is an immediate fragrance of star anise, vanilla, cloves and cinnamon, with some orange following along. On the palate fresh anise comes through prominently, developing into a complex array of sweet Caribbean spices with great balance between the spices and herbs; finishes with a slight ginger kick. Delicious spiced rum that is great for mixing. Try it in a long drink with ginger ale or with a fruity tonic water Made at Foursquare Rum Distillery in St Philip, Barbados, one of the few remaining independent family owned producers in the Caribbean. The Distillery has been the International Spirits Challenge (ISC) Rum Producer of the Year four times, in 2016 through 2019 and the International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) Rum Producer of the Year in 2016, 2018 and 2019.
