APPROACHABLE CANADIAN WHISKY – Pike Creek 10-Year-Old is an approachable and smooth whisky from Canada. ?Named after its maturation warehouse, it is aged for 10 years and finished in rum casks for 100 days SOFT AND SMOOTH WITH NOTES OF RAISINS, HONEYCOMB AND SPICE – Pike Creek 10-year-old is soft and smooth with notes of dried orange peel, green apple, toffee and Christmas cake. It is also full of rye spice and mature oak flavour UNIQUE CANADIAN WHISKY EXPRESSION – Pike Creek comprises two traditional components of Canadian whisky. The first spirit is double column distilled from corn, creating a buttery mouthfeel; the second is one column distilled from rye, producing spicy and nutty notes EXTREME AGING CONDITIONS – During the maturation process, casks are subject to the extreme temperature swings of southern Canada in the brand’s non-climate-controlled warehouse. This forces the spirit in and out of the wooden staves, giving Pike Creek its distinctive character and flavours.
