The first spirit is double column distilled from corn, creating a buttery mouthfeel; the second is one column distilled from rye, producing spicy and nutty notes EXTREME AGING CONDITIONS – During the maturation process, casks are subject to the extreme temperature swings of southern Canada in the brand’s non-climate-controlled warehouse.
